A valid credit card is kept on file for each patient. 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule medical appointments, 48-hour notice for all cosmetic appointments. OneSkin Integrative Dermatology is a direct care practice that does not bill or participate with any insurance plans. Payment is due at time of service. A valid credit card is kept on file for each patient. 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule medical appointments, 48-hour notice for all cosmetic appointments. Failure to give adequate notice will result in a non-refundable $100 no-show/late notice fee which will be covered by the credit card on file. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, FSA and HSA credit cards. We do pass along a 2.9% processing fee for any credit card processing in efforts to keep our prices more affordable.
